Guests flooded the dance floor, and what could have been a moment of sadness transformed into pure celebration. The joy on K's face as she danced, surrounded by the people who loved both her and her father, was absolutely beautiful.
This is exactly why I love being a wedding photographer. These unscripted, deeply personal moments, the ones that honor the people we love and weave memory into celebration, are the heart of what makes each wedding unique. And having the privilege to document them? It never gets old.

Of course, no discussion of K & A's day would be complete without mentioning their very special guest: Buddy, their adorable dog who proudly walked down the aisle as part of the ceremony.
I always encourage couples to include their pets in their wedding day if it's logistically possible. Buddy was an absolute star, well-behaved, camera-ready, and clearly thrilled to be part of his parents' big day.
